By Sea (Supernatural Renegades 1) by Carly Fall... love her books!

This is a really promising start to a new series. It was fast paced and the characters are very likeable. Except Heidi. You'll see why nobody likes Heidi when you read it...

The Circle by K.M. Montemayor

The Circle (Book 1)The Circle by K.M. Montemayor
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This story gripped me from the beginning and wouldn't let me go til I read it and purchased the two other books in the series. The characters are very likeable and Charlie Gray is adorable as the awkward alien trying to fit in while fighting a "disgusting" attraction to the "sweaty Earthan", Liliana Garcia. The conclusion of The Circle will leave you desperate for more!

Virgin by Radhika Sanghani

VirginVirgin by Radhika Sanghani
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This was a hilariously written book about a 21 year old Ellie, a reluctant virgin who is obsessed with losing her v-plates before graduating from University. This book had me howling with laughter at poor Ellie's experiences at having a Brazillian wax and the unfortunate vaginal hairstyle the cosmetologist gives her, the resulting escapades in a ladies room trying to remove the excess wax and being labeled a pervert by the people who walk in on her. I loved this book and would absolutely recommend it to anyone who has a vagina and a raunchy sense of humor!

Hideaway Cove (Windfall Island #2) by Anna Sullivan

Hideaway Cove (Windfall Island, #2)Hideaway Cove by Anna Sullivan
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

ARC from publisher in exchange for honest review.

I've never read anything by Anna Sullivan and I was pleasantly surprised by Hideaway Cove. Usually I LOATHE starting a series on a second or third book because I feel absolutely lost but that's not the case with this book. The author gives you enough back story to make sure you can follow the plot but not too much is given that the first book is spoiled for you. This is a pretty awesome romance and mystery story and I recommend it to any fans of either genre!

Dark Paradise by Angie Sandro

Dark ParadiseDark Paradise by Angie Sandro
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

ARC from publisher in exchange for honest review.

When I started this book, what attracted me to it was the paranormal aspect and the fact that I had never heard of the author. I love discovering new voices and Angie Sandro doesn't disappoint! Dark Paradise blew me away with the carefully built world of bayou people whose superstitious beliefs about a family of witches leaves one young girl (Mala) feeling like an outsider and a young man (Landry) who watches her, uncaring of the rumors and only longing for the courage to talk to the beautiful girl. I fell in love with the characters and the mystery surrounding the death of Lainey, Landry's sister. This story will draw you in and leave you wanting more!
